Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst in the United States for a fully remote position eligible for approved states. You will lead audits, develop performance metrics, and partner with clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams to strengthen delegated oversight and regulatory compliance.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, support state and federal audits, and drive continuous improvement in care quality and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability and data interpretation skills.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage complex analytical projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and insights to evaluate delegated entity performance and regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement across delegated programs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and document findings against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Drive corrective actions and monitor progress with internal teams and delegated partners.
• Coordinate government audit support including DHS and CMS activities.
