Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor / Analyst based in the United States. The role leads analytics to strengthen delegated healthcare oversight, performance, and regulatory compliance across clinical, operational, and analytics teams.

You will transform complex data into metrics and reports to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement, while supporting state and federal audits and ensuring data integrity through root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and SNP products is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and insights; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Audit delegated programs; evaluate performance against standards; document findings.
• Coordinate government audit support (DHS, CMS) with data validation and documentation.
• Manage audit requests; provide timely, well-supported responses.
• Promote cross-functional data integration and root-cause analysis.
• Advise colleagues on metrics, reporting standards, and methods.
