Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and analytical insights to evaluate delegated entity performance and compliance.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across delegated programs.
• Conduct audits and oversee delegate performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate government audit support, including DHS and CMS activities and data validation.
• Drive corrective actions, monitor progress, and validate sustained improvements.
• Strengthen cross-functional data integration and ensure data consistency across reports.
