Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst to lead analytics that strengthen delegated healthcare oversight, performance, and regulatory compliance. You will develop metrics and reports translating complex data into actionable recommendations across clinical, operational, and analytics teams.

The role involves audits, DHS/CMS support, and cross-functional data integration, with fully remote work for eligible U.S. candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards, documenting findings, and supporting improvement plans.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous audit documentation and deadlines.
• Ability to manage complex analytical projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain metrics to evaluate delegated entity performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and evaluate performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Support DHS and CMS audits with data validation, documentation, and report preparation.
• Coordinate audit responses with delegates and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate discrepancies via root-cause analysis and strengthen data integrity.
