Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst in the United States. The role focuses on strengthening delegated healthcare oversight, improving operational performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance through advanced analytics and audits.

You will design metrics, produce actionable reports, and support state and federal audits, collaborating across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop metrics.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards, identifying gaps, and documenting findings.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail for audit documentation and regulatory requests.
• Ability to work independently on complex analytical projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Medicaid and SNP products.
• Project or program management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives to strengthen delegated healthcare oversight and compliance.
• Develop performance metrics and reports translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze patterns, risks, and gaps across delegated programs and conduct audits.
• Oversee audits and evaluate performance against contractual standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate government audit support for DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation.
• Manage audit requests and provide timely, well-supported responses to inquiries.
• Strengthen cross-functional data integration and act as a resource on metrics and reporting.
