Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor / Analyst in the United States. You will lead complex analytical initiatives to strengthen delegated healthcare oversight, performance, and regulatory compliance, translating data into actionable insights and maintaining consistent reporting across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in auditing or analytics.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and SNP products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
• Remote work eligibility; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive audits of delegated healthcare oversight programs.
• Develop performance metrics and reports from complex data.
• Support state and federal audits, including DHS and CMS.
• Coordinate audit responses and follow-up with delegates and stakeholders.
• Validate data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster cross-functional data integration and consistent reporting.
• Provide strategic recommendations to strengthen oversight.
