Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive cross-functional healthcare initiatives within its crisis network. You will coordinate planning, scope, schedule, and budget while delivering measurable ROI and quality outcomes across sites.

You will build and maintain project plans, dashboards, and documentation, working with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams. A strong background in healthcare project coordination and change management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project coordination/PMO support.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and documentation discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Ability to work independently and across departments.
• Willingness to travel to CHS sites as needed.
• Vaccination policy compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Maintain schedules, dashboards, and status reporting for leadership.
