Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across the crisis network. You will coordinate with clinical, operations, IT and vendor stakeholders to move initiatives from intake to close, manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, and report clearly to leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans with objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources; scale to initiative size.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Maintain governance and reporting; keep leadership updated on project status, risks, and ROI.
