Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across the crisis network. You’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, while delivering concise reports to leaders.

This fully remote role covers a wide range of sites and requires hands-on administration, documentation, and process-improvement work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive projects to completion.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to CHS sites as needed.
• Vaccination policy compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource estimates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Keep initiatives on track, ensuring quality and ROI.
• Support the build and maturation of a new PMO and create standards and SOPs.
• Coordinate allocation of people, budgets, and tools across initiatives.
• Manage scope and change control with proper approvals.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership communications.
