Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare initiatives within its crisis care network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and reporting across multiple sites, driving initiatives from intake to close with stakeholders.

You will build and maintain project plans, templates, and reporting practices, ensuring on-time delivery and ROI while supporting the growth of CHS PMO capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in project coordination or PM roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.
• Proficient with MS Office and PM tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans with objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, logs, trackers, and dashboards; organize meetings.
