Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across our crisis network. You’ll coordinate with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to move initiatives from intake through close, maintaining plans, trackers, and dashboards.

This hands-on role builds PMO standards, templates, and reporting practices for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans with milestones and resources.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, schedules, and status reports for leadership.
• Support build and maturation of a new PMO and drive process improvements across sites.
• Manage scope and change control with approvals for timelines and ROI.
• Prepare and deliver dashboards and presentations for leadership on goals and outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation to keep on schedule and budget.
