Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross‑functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across its crisis network. The role partners with clinical, operations, IT and vendors to move projects from intake to close, manage scope and budget, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Fully remote position available in specified states; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project coordination/management, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous project documentation.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; PM tools like Smartsheet or Monday.com.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and communicate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource estimates.
• Keep projects on track to deliver quality outcomes and ROI.
• Build partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendors to remove obstacles.
• Maintain documentation, logs, trackers, notes, and shared files; support PMO setup.
• Assist with change management, scope control, and formal approvals for changes.
