Job summary

Harte Hanks is seeking a Non-Licensed Healthcare Customer Representative for 100% remote support of healthcare clients. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and helping others.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, achieving metrics, documenting interactions, and learning Medicare/Medicaid plans. Candidates should have strong customer service, data entry skills, and be able to work flexible shifts. Must reside in listed states.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more call center experience preferred.
• Medical or health insurance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare terminology helpful.
• Must reside in one of the specified states.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Meet and maintain inbound calling goals and metrics.
• Utilize available tools to document all outbound call attempts and results.
• Gain an understanding of Medicare and Medicaid plans, their benefits, and features.
• Assist with setting appointments, completing welcome calls and health assessments.
• Provide professional consumer experience by utilizing effective listening and communication skills.
• Maintain our high standard of ethical conduct.
• Work closely with internal and external Consumer Customers.
