Harte Hanks is seeking a Non-Licensed Healthcare Customer Representative to provide remote support for our healthcare clients. This inbound role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and resolving member inquiries.

Qualifications

• Must reside in one of the listed states: AR, GA, IL, KS, NH, NJ, OH, TN, TX, PA, VA.
• Experience in healthcare or medical terminology is preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple interfaces while assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Meet and maintain inbound calling goals and metrics.
• Document all interactions using available tools.
• Gain understanding of Medicare and Medicaid plans, their benefits, and features.
• Assist with setting appointments and health assessments.
• Provide professional consumer experience with listening and communication skills.
• Maintain high ethical conduct.
• Collaborate with internal and external Consumer Customers.
