Harte Hanks is seeking a Non-Licensed Healthcare Customer Representative to provide remote frontline support for our Healthcare clients in a 100% remote role. You will help customers through inbound calls, document interactions, and understand Medicare/Medicaid plans while maintaining high service levels.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, data entry, and communication skills, with flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.

• Ability to multi-task and work with multiple interfaces.

• Handle inbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Meet and maintain inbound calling goals and metrics.
• Utilize available tools to document all call attempts and results.
• Gain understanding of Medicare and Medicaid plans, benefits, and features.
• Assist with setting appointments and health assessments.
• Provide professional consumer experience with effective listening and communication.
• Maintain high ethical conduct.
• Work closely with internal and external Consumer Customers.
