Harte Hanks is seeking a Non-Licensed Healthcare Customer Representative to support our Healthcare clients remotely. You will handle inbound calls with empathy, document interactions, and help customers navigate Medicare and Medicaid plans.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and data entry skills.
• Analytical thinking, listening skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to navigate multiple interfaces while speaking.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
• 1 year or more call center experience preferred.
• Prior medical or health insurance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical and Medicare terminology helpful.
• Comfortable with constructive feedback and willing to improve.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Meet and maintain inbound calling goals and metrics.
• Utilize available tools to document all outbound call attempts and results.
• Gain an understanding of Medicare and Medicaid plans, their benefits, and features.
• Assist with setting appointments, completing welcome calls and health assessments.
• Provide professional consumer experience by utilizing effective listening and communication skills.
• Maintain our high standard of ethical conduct.
• Work closely with internal and external Consumer Customers.
