Harte Hanks is seeking a Non-Licensed Healthcare Customer Representative who provides remote support to customers of our Healthcare clients. This role emphasizes empathy and helping others in challenging situations.

Key duties include documenting outbound call attempts, assisting internal and external customers, delivering strong customer service, and accurate data entry. You will work flexible shifts, including holidays, weekends, and evenings, from a 100% remote setup.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more call center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical and Medicare terminology helpful.
• Windows 11 with webcam and USB headset required.

Responsabilités
