Harte Hanks is seeking a Non-Licensed Healthcare Customer Representative to provide remote inbound support for healthcare clients. You will handle calls empathetically, document interactions, and learn Medicare/Medicaid plan benefits while maintaining ethical standards.

• Assist with setting appointments, welcome calls, and health assessments.
• Provide professional consumer experience through active listening and clear communication.
• Maintain high ethical conduct.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers.
