Harte Hanks is seeking a Non-Licensed Healthcare Customer Representative to provide remote support for our Healthcare clients. You will handle inbound calls with empathy, document interactions, and learn Medicare/Medicaid plans while assisting with appointments and health assessments.

Qualifications

• Must reside in AR, GA, IL, KS, NH, NJ, OH, TN, TX, PA, VA.
• Windows 11 with webcam and USB headset required (equipment not provided).
• Stable, high-speed internet connection through Ethernet.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate through verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls courteously and efficiently.
• Meet inbound calling goals and metrics.
• Document call attempts and results using available tools.
• Gain understanding of Medicare and Medicaid plans, benefits and features.
• Assist with setting appointments and health assessments.
• Provide professional consumer experience through effective listening and communication skills.
• Maintain high ethical conduct.
• Work closely with internal and external Consumer Customers.
