Job summary

Harte Hanks is seeking a Non-Licensed Healthcare Customer Representative to provide remote support for healthcare clients. You will handle inbound calls, document activity, and learn Medicare/Medicaid plans while maintaining a high level of service and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Inbound customer support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Meet and maintain inbound calling goals and metrics.
• Document all outbound call attempts and results using available tools.
• Gain understanding of Medicare and Medicaid plans, benefits, and features.
• Assist with setting appointments, welcome calls and health assessments.
• Provide professional consumer experience with effective listening and communication.
• Maintain high standards of ethical conduct.
• Work closely with internal and external Consumer Customers.
