Harte Hanks is seeking a Non-Licensed Healthcare Customer Representative to provide remote support for our Healthcare clients. You will handle inbound calls with empathy, document interactions, and help customers understand Medicare and Medicaid plans.

Qualifications

• Must reside in one of the listed states and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a remote, inbound-call environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Meet and maintain inbound calling goals and metrics.
• Utilize available tools to document all outbound call attempts and results.
• Gain an understanding of Medicare and Medicaid plans, their benefits, and features.
• Assist with setting appointments, completing welcome calls and health assessments.
• Provide professional consumer experience by utilizing effective listening and communication skills.
• Maintain our high standard of ethical conduct.
• Work closely with internal and external Consumer Customers.
