Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of professional work experience beyond degree.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and reporting skills.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.
• Organizational skills and attention to audit documentation and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
• Preferred: care coordination or government healthcare program experience.
• Remote-work eligibility in approved states; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and insights to evaluate delegated entity performance and regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities across delegated programs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and evaluate performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement with internal teams and partners.
• Support preparation for DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Coordinate audit responses, track findings, and assist with follow-up actions.
• Collaborate across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams to align data and reports.
• Provide analytical guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and interpretations.
• Improve reporting workflows and analytics tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to broader governance and oversight initiatives.
