Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst based in the United States for a remote role with approved-state residency. You will lead complex analytical initiatives to strengthen delegated healthcare oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational performance, transforming data into actionable insights.

You will audit delegate performance, support DHS and CMS reviews, develop metrics, report findings, and collaborate across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and analytical insights to evaluate delegated entity performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze performance patterns, emerging risks, and operational gaps across delegated programs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and oversee delegate performance against contractual and regulatory standards; document findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate government audit support for DHS and CMS, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Manage audit requests with stakeholders and ensure timely, well-supported responses to inquiries.
• Strengthen cross-functional data integration by investigating discrepancies and ensuring data consistency.
• Serve as a resource on metrics, reporting standards, and analytical methods to colleagues.
• Provide strategic recommendations to strengthen delegate oversight and program performance.
