Qualifikationen

• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate findings into recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative problem-solving across teams.
• Preferred: experience in care coordination or government healthcare programs; Medicaid SNP knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
