Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor / Analyst in the United States to strengthen delegated healthcare oversight and regulatory compliance. You will transform complex data into insightful metrics and reports used to drive performance improvements across programs.

You will conduct audits, support DHS and CMS activities, and coordinate with clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams to ensure consistent reporting and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a health or related field and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to interpret data, build metrics, and translate findings into action.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and closing gaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive audits of delegated programs and prepare findings.
• Support DHS and CMS audit activities with data validation and documentation.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to audit inquiries and follow-ups.
• Collaborate across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams.
