Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor / Analyst based in the United States to lead complex analytics improving delegated healthcare oversight, performance, and regulatory compliance. You will transform data into actionable insights, design metrics, and report on delegated partner performance to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data interpretation for actionable recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Medicaid and SNP products.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and analytical insights to evaluate delegated entity performance.
• Produce reports translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct audits and oversee delegate performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Support DHS and CMS audits with data validation and documentation collection.
• Respond to audit inquiries with accurate, timely, and well-supported information.
• Investigate discrepancies via root-cause analysis and improve data consistency.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams.
• Provide guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and methods.
