Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst in the United States to lead analytical initiatives that strengthen delegated healthcare oversight, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.

You will transform data into actionable insights, design performance metrics, and produce reports that support strategic decisions and continuous improvement across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and SNP products is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain performance metrics to evaluate delegated entity performance and regulatory compliance.
• Produce reports and analyses that translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct audits and oversee delegate performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Support DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Respond to audit inquiries with accurate, timely, and well-supported information.
• Investigate discrepancies through root-cause analysis and improve data consistency.
