Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare is seeking a Staff Analyst to support IT applications across their lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and optimization. The role is fully remote with occasional on-site trainings, based in Colorado (Broomfield) with MS Office and Epic certification preference.

The analyst will analyze requirements, configure systems, test, and maintain applications, coordinate with vendors, and assist in creating training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, healthcare, or related field.
• Two years of related work experience or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Epic certification preferred and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Analyze stakeholder requirements and translate into design specifications.
• Configure, test, install, and maintain IT applications.
• Coordinate with external vendors for integration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Develop training materials and knowledge-based resources for end users.
• Participate in small to mid-size projects with multiple teams.
