Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Staff Analyst to support healthcare IT applications across the lifecycle, including EHRs, billing, scheduling, PACS, and population health. This is a fully remote role with some on-site trainings or meetings as needed.

The staff analyst will analyze requirements, configure and test systems, document changes, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to training materials. Epic certifications and revenue cycle experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; additional relevant experience may substitute.
Two years of related work experience or pursuit of bachelor's degree with four years in related area.
Epic certification is preferred or required for this role.

Responsibilities

Analyze and diagnose problems to provide resolutions for stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into design and development specifications.
Configure, test, install, and maintain healthcare applications and related hardware.
Document workflow changes and technical designs to support business needs.
Collaborate with external vendors to support third‑party applications.
Lead small to mid‑size projects as a PM when needed.
Develop training materials for end-users and staff.
