Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
• Two years of work experience or progressing toward a bachelor's with four years in related area.
• Epic certifications preferred and to be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage small projects related to these applications and maintain certifications as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and peers to ensure project success.
