Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to provide advanced technical support, configuration, integration, and lifecycle management for healthcare applications, including EHR and billing systems.

This remote role requires collaboration with vendors, project leadership for mid-size initiatives, mentoring peers, and participation in on-call and training efforts; occasional travel for quarterly visits. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Four (4) years of work experience in related areas; Epic certification required.
• Ability to plan, design, implement, maintain and optimize healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

• Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical designs to support business requirements.
• Partners with external vendors for third-party applications integration/implementation and troubleshooting.
• Act as PM for mid-size projects with multiple teams and manage project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and integrity.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to best practices and standards for application configuration and deployment.
