Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Staff Analyst to support healthcare IT applications, including EHRs, scheduling, billing, and ancillary systems. The role focuses on analyzing requirements, configuring systems, and delivering ongoing optimization with minimal supervision.

The candidate should have Epic Ambulatory Certification or be actively pursuing it, and possess strong problem-solving and documentation skills. This is a remote position with quarterly travel and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Two years of work experience or pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years in a related area.
• Must be able to certify on Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Configure, test, install, and monitor systems and workflows.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to support third-party integrations and deployments.
• Assist in developing training materials and documenting technical designs.
• Participate in on-call rotations and project management for small-to-mid size initiatives.
