Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Staff Analyst to support IT applications across the lifecycle, including EHR, billing, scheduling, and more. This fully remote role may require some on-site trainings and meetings, with standard 8-5 MST hours.

Ideal candidates will have Epic Certification in Resolute Billing or related modules and experience in Revenue Cycle. The role includes project work, documentation, and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Two (2) years of work experience, or actively working towards a bachelor's degree with 4 years' experience in a related area.
• Will be required to certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to stakeholders by analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolution.
• Translates technological requirements into design and development specifications while providing product management.
• Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains common and complex systems and applications.
