Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support and optimize healthcare applications across the lifecycle, including EHR, billing, and vendor integrations. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
- Or actively working towards a Bachelor’s Degree with nine years of professional experience.
- Epic certification experience or willingness to obtain certification.
Responsibilities
- Documents and recommends workflow changes and designs to support business requirements.
- Partners with external vendors to support third‑party applications, integration and troubleshooting.
- Solves incidents and problems per service levels and standards.
- Serve as PM for mid‑size projects and coordinate multiple teams.
- Develop and maintain testing plans and scripts for system outputs.
