Job summary
Future is seeking a Health Coach to manage a virtual caseload as a 1099 independent contractor. You will guide members from onboarding through milestones, using sessions and messaging to tailor plans across nutrition, movement, sleep, and recovery.
With AI tooling to translate goals into actionable plans, you will apply motivational interviewing and adaptive communication to help clients achieve lasting behavior change in a high-touch, supportive environment.
Qualifications
- NBC-HWC certification required as core standard for coaching approach.
- Associate degree or higher; additional coaching credentials are a plus.
- 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience; coaching via messaging and video.
Responsibilities
- Own a caseload and guide members from onboarding to milestones.
- Conduct virtual kickoff/check-ins and support via messaging.
- Translate goals and data into personalized, data-informed plans with AI tooling.
- Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to support behavior change.
