Future is seeking a Health Coach to own a caseload of members and guide them from day one through milestones. This independent contractor role combines virtual sessions and continuous messaging to tailor plans for fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.

You will translate members’ goals and data into personalized, data-informed plans using AI tools, while applying motivational interviewing to empower clients to choose their next steps. Remote work supported for approved states.

Formación

• NBC-HWC certification required as core standard for behavior-change theory and coaching scope.
• Associate's degree or higher or equivalent coaching certification path.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Comfortable coaching via messaging and video sessions.
• Ability to synthesize health data from apps and wearables into a plan.

Responsabilidades

• Own a caseload of members and guide them from start to milestones.
• Coach through virtual sessions and daily messaging with a warm, professional tone.
• Develop data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
• Use motivational interviewing to help members choose their next steps.
• Track progress and celebrate behavior and consistency wins.
• Share learnings with the team to help shape the program.
