Job summary

Future is seeking a Health Coach to manage a caseload of members in a data-informed, coaching-led program. You’ll blend virtual sessions and messaging to guide members across nutrition, movement, sleep, and recovery.

With NBC-HWC certification and 2+ years of client-facing coaching, you’ll translate health data into personalized plans, using motivational interviewing and AI tools. This is a 1099 independent contractor role based remotely in approved states.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification required; board-certified health coach.
• Associate's degree or higher (or equivalent coaching certification).
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload of members and guide them from day one through milestones.
• Coach via virtual sessions and messaging, keeping interactions warm and professional.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery using AI tools.
• Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to help members find their own reasons for change.
• Track progress against goals and celebrate behavioral wins, not just numbers.
• Bring learnings back to the team to help shape the program as it evolves.
• Be active in the community; join calls, contribute to projects, provide honest feedback.
• Be tech-savvy across apps, data, and platforms.
