Future is seeking a Health Coach to manage a caseload as an independent contractor. You will guide members from onboarding through milestone progress, using a data-informed, holistic plan that covers nutrition, movement, sleep and recovery.

This role emphasizes high-touch, personalized coaching delivered via virtual sessions and messaging, with data-driven adjustments and ongoing collaboration with Future's Clinical Team.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC board certification required.
• Associate or higher, or equivalent path.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching experience.
• Proven ability to manage many clients without supervision.
• Ability to coach diverse member populations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own a caseload from onboarding through milestones.
• Coach live and asynchronously via virtual sessions and messaging.
• Create personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.
• Focus on behavior change and motivational interviewing.
• Contextualize health data into actionable daily steps.
• Track progress and celebrate behavior and consistency wins.
• Collaborate with the team to evolve the program.
