Job summary

Future is seeking a Health Coach to manage a caseload of members as a 1099 independent contractor, full-time. You’ll guide milestones through a mix of virtual sessions and messaging, using member data to tailor plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.

Ideal candidates combine NBC-HWC certification with 2+ years coaching, high-volume caseload experience, and strong written/verbal communication. Remote work within approved states is offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold NBC-HWC certification and full board eligibility.
• Minimum 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Experience managing a large caseload with individualized attention.
• Ability to work with a diverse member population and adapt style.
• Strong written communication for messaging-based coaching.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence on video.
• Experience synthesizing health data across apps and wearables.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload of members from onboarding through milestones.
• Coach live and asynchronously with warm, timely messaging.
• Create data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
• Focus on behavior change and motivations, not just plans.
• contextualize body data and bloodwork within coaching scope.
• Track progress and celebrate behavioral wins alongside metrics.
