Job summary

Future is seeking a Health Coach contractor to guide a caseload of members from onboarding through milestones, using AI-assisted insights to tailor plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery. You’ll coach via live video and messaging, keeping care high-touch and personalized.

You’ll work 1099 independent, own your schedule, and collaborate with our clinical team to contextualize data and translate it into practical actions for daily life. Remote across approved states.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC full board certification is required.
• Associate's degree or higher (or equivalent path).
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Proven high-volume caseload management.
• Ability to work with a diverse member population.
• Strong written communication for messaging with members.
• Strong verbal communication and presence in video sessions.
• Comfort synthesizing health data from apps and wearables into a plan.

Responsibilities

• Own your members' experience end to end from onboarding through 90 days and beyond.
• Coach live and asynchronously via virtual sessions and messaging.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.
• Coach the person, not just the plan, using motivational interviewing.
• Contextualize health data within your scope and translate into daily actions.
• Make progress visible by tracking goals and celebrating behavioral wins.
• Contribute insights back to the team to evolve the program.
