Job summary

Future is shaping a coaching-led health experience by pairing members with expert coaches who guide them across nutrition, movement, sleep and recovery using data-informed plans. This 1099 independent contractor role offers high-touch, personalized care delivered through virtual sessions and day-to-day messaging.

As a Health Coach, you’ll manage a caseload, translate goals into actionable plans, and collaborate with our clinical team to contextualize data for every member.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC full board certification required.
• Associate's degree or higher or equivalent path to coaching certification.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Proven high-volume caseload management.
• Comfort working with a diverse member population.
• Strong written communication.
• Strong verbal communication and presence.
• Comfortable synthesizing health data.

Responsibilities

• Own your members' experience end to end from onboarding through 90-day milestones.
• Coach live and asynchronously via virtual sessions and messaging.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.
• Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to guide change.
• Contextualize body composition scans, bloodwork and GLP-1 considerations within scope.
• Track progress and celebrate behavioral wins, not just scans.
• Contribute to program development and evolution.
