Job summary

Future is seeking Health Coaches to manage personal health journeys for members, blending AI guidance with expert coaching across nutrition, movement, sleep, and recovery. You will coach through a mix of virtual sessions and messaging, building data-informed plans that adapt as goals and life change.

The role emphasizes high-touch, polished care with the coach at the center of the member experience. As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll operate remotely within approved states, earning $30–$40

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach) certification is required, with full board certification.
• ~ 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Ability to coach primarily via messaging and video sessions; maintain warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload of members and guide them from onboarding to milestones.
• Deliver high-touch, data-informed coaching across nutrition, movement, sleep and stress.
• Run virtual kickoff and check-ins; support members between sessions via messaging.
• Translate member goals/data into personalized plans with AI tooling support.
• Collaborate with the team to evolve the program and share insights.
