Future is building a personalized health coaching platform. As a Health Coach, you own a caseload of members, guiding them from day one through milestones, using AI tools to tailor plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.

You’ll coach via virtual sessions and messaging, employ motivational interviewing, and synthesize health data to deliver high-touch, personal guidance. Equity and comprehensive benefits accompany this independent contractor role.

Qualifikationen

• ~ An associate's degree or higher (or an equivalent, experience-based path to your coaching certification).
• ~ 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• ~ Much of your coaching happens over messaging, so you're warm, clear, and personable on the page while staying professional.
• ~ You also coach face-to-face over video, and you bring confidence, thoughtfulness and professionalism into every session.
• ~ Comfortable synthesizing health data and bringing it together into a single plan.

Aufgaben

• Own a caseload of members and guide each from day one through progress milestones.
• Conduct virtual kickoff and check-in sessions; support members between sessions via messaging.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery with AI tooling.
• Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to help members choose their own next steps.
• Track progress against goals and celebrate behavior and consistency wins.
