Job summary

Future is building a personalized health guidance platform and seeks a Health Coach to manage a caseload of members from onboarding to milestones. You will guide members through nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress, using data and AI tools to customize plans in a high-touch, compassionate way.

You will coach via virtual sessions and ongoing messaging, maintaining a warm, clear presence and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure actionable, sustainable changes for members across diverse

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification is required.
• Associate's degree or higher or equivalent path to certification.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Proven high-volume caseload management.
• Comfort working with a diverse member population.
• Strong written communication for coaching via messaging.
• Strong verbal communication and presence for video coaching.
• Comfortable synthesizing health data from apps and wearables.

Responsibilities

• Own your members' experience end to end from onboarding through 90-day milestones.
• Coach live and asynchronously via virtual sessions and messaging.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.
• Coach the person, not just the plan, using motivational interviewing and reflective listening.
• Contextualize health data with clinical guidance to turn into actionable steps.
• Track progress against goals and celebrate sustained behavior changes.
• Collaborate with the team to shape an evolving program.
