Job summary

Future is seeking a Health Coach to manage a caseload of members, guiding them from day one through progress milestones. This 1099 contractor role blends virtual coaching sessions with proactive messaging, using member data to tailor plans across nutrition, movement, sleep and recovery.

You’ll translate goals into personalized, data-informed steps, leveraging AI tools and motivational interviewing to motivate lasting change. Remote position with a strong emphasis on high-touch care.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification is required.
• Associate's degree or higher (or equivalent path to coaching certification).
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Warm, clear, and personable on the page while staying professional.
• Comfortable synthesizing health data.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload of members from onboarding to milestones.
• Coach via virtual sessions and messaging with high-touch care.
• Create personalized, data-informed plans leveraging member data and AI tools.
• Translate goals and data into tailored plans across nutrition, movement, sleep, and recovery.
