Job summary

Future is seeking a Health Coach as a 1099 independent contractor to support a caseload of members from day one. You’ll coach via virtual sessions and messaging, using each member’s data to personalize guidance across nutrition, movement, sleep and recovery.

With NBC-HWC certification and 2+ years of coaching, you’ll apply motivational interviewing and polished communication to help members build lasting habits. This remote role is limited to approved states and pays $30–$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification required.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Warm, clear, and personable on messaging and video sessions.
• Ability to synthesize health data from nutrition apps and wearables.
• Experience coaching across nutrition, movement, sleep, and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload of members from day one and guide progress milestones.
• Coach through virtual sessions and day-to-day messaging.
• Translate goals and data into personalized plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.
• Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening.
• Track progress against goals and celebrate behavioral wins.
• Collaborate with team to shape and improve the program.
