Job summary

Future is seeking a Health Coach to manage a caseload of members as a 1099 independent contractor. You’ll guide them from onboarding through milestones, using data and AI tooling to tailor plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.

This remote role is available in GA and other approved states, with high-touch coaching via video and messaging. You’ll collaborate with the clinical team to help members build lasting habits.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification is required and core to behavior-change coaching.
• Associate degree or higher is required.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching experience required.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Ability to adapt to a diverse member population.
• Strong written communication for messaging.
• Strong verbal communication for video sessions.
• Ability to synthesize health data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own your members' experience end to end from onboarding through milestones.
• Coach live and asynchronously via video sessions and messaging.
• Create personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.
• Coach the person, not just the plan, using motivational interviewing.
• Contextualize data like body composition and labs into daily actions.
