Job summary

Future is seeking a Health Coach for a 1099 independent contractor role in the United States, including Georgia. You will own a caseload, guiding members from onboarding through milestones, using AI tools to craft personalized plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery, while emphasizing compassionate, high-touch care.

You’ll coach live and asynchronously, translating data into actionable steps and adapting guidance as goals and life change.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC full board certification required.
• Associate's degree or higher.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training.
• Proven high-volume caseload management.
• Ability to work with a diverse member population.
• Strong written communication.
• Strong verbal communication and presence.
• Comfortable synthesizing health data.

Responsibilities

• Own your members' experience end to end from onboarding through 90-day milestones.
• Coach live and asynchronously via virtual sessions and messaging.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.
• Coach the person, not just the plan, using motivational interviewing.
• Make data useful by contextualizing health metrics into actions.
• Make progress visible by tracking goals and celebrating successes.
• Help build a scalable program by sharing insights with the team.
