Job summary

Future is building a personalized guidance system for lifelong health. As a Health Coach, you’ll manage a caseload of members with a mix of virtual sessions and daily messaging, using data to tailor plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.

This is an independent contractor role (1099) with remote work in approved states, paying $30–$40 per hour. You’ll leverage AI tools and coaching approaches to help members achieve lasting behavioral change.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification is required.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching experience with diverse populations.
• Comfortable coaching via messaging and video; able to synthesize data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload of members and guide them from onboarding to milestones.
• Run virtual kickoff and check-in sessions; support between sessions via messaging.
• Create personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery using AI tools.
• Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to guide member-driven change.
• Track progress against goals and share updates with the team to improve the program.
