Job summary

Future is seeking Health Coaches to manage a personal caseload of members in a high-touch, data-driven program. You will guide members from onboarding to milestone progress using AI-assisted plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.

Experience with NBC-HWC and at least an associate degree is required, with 2+ years of client-facing coaching. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, remote in approved states, offering a flexible, high-quality coaching environment.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification is required and core to behavior-change coaching.
• Associate degree or higher or equivalent path to coaching certification.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience, able to run a member session from day one.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and keep clients personally known.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload of members from onboarding through their 90-day milestone and beyond.
• Coach live and asynchronously through sessions and messaging.
• Create data-informed, personalized plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
• Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to guide change.
• Contextualize health data (body composition, bloodwork, GLP-1) into actionable steps for members.
• Track progress against goals and celebrate consistent behaviors.
• Collaborate with the team to evolve the program.
